We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Manager / Logistics Manager to lead and manage our international logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international shipping, customs regulations, freight forwarding, and end-to-end logistics coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all international import and export shipping operations.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and shipping documentation.
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve logistics-related issues proactively.
Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with logistics partners.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Track inventory movements and coordinate with warehouses and internal departments.
Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and shipment performance analysis.
Lead and mentor the logistics team while ensuring operational excellence.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and international partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics and shipping.
Proven experience in a Senior Logistics or Logistics Manager role.
Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation.
Experience dealing with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs authorities.
Excellent negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar) is an advantage.
