Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, capable of assessing clients' fitness levels, designing personalized workout programs, and providing ongoing motivation and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and identify clients' goals and needs.
- Develop customized exercise and training programs.
- Demonstrate and supervise proper exercise techniques to ensure safety.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust training plans as needed.
- Motivate and encourage clients to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and wellness when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
- Ensure the gym and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and training techniques.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization.
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
