We're Hiring: Auto Mechanic (Fleet Maintenance)

About the Role:
Dr. Nutrition is looking for a skilled and reliable Auto Mechanic to join our Fleet Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's fleet of vehicles by performing routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs to ensure maximum vehicle availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle servicing, including engine oil and filter changes.
- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical faults.
- Refill and service vehicle air-conditioning systems.
- Replace brake pads and brake components.
- Replace vehicle lights and other basic electrical components.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Purchase and manage essential oils, spare parts, and consumables when required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic.
- Must Speak English or Arabic
- Experience working on passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles (vans).
- Strong knowledge of engine maintenance, brakes, suspension, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Experience with air-conditioning servicing and gas refilling.
- Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs independently.
- Good understanding of workshop safety practices.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
