Requirements for Job vacancy:
- Logistic Executive.
- 1-2 Years of experience in the KSA(GCC) in the same filed.
- Good in English.
- Bachelor Graduate with scientific background.
Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily supply chain and logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage transportation, delivery schedules, and tracking to ensure on-time and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock reconciliations and cycle counts, and maintain accurate records in WMS/ERP systems.
- Prepare, review, and manage all logistics, shipping, and compliance documentation (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, customs documents).
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Lead vendor onboarding activities, including documentation review, compliance checks, due diligence, and ERP/CRM setup.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and support audits and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the main logistics contact for assigned customers and support billing and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
