Dr Nutrition is looking for a qualified Noon Marketplace Sales & Operations Executive to manage and operate the company’s account on Noon Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listing management, pricing, inventory follow-up, offers, reporting, and sales performance optimization.

Job Purpose:
To manage the daily operations of Dr Nutrition’s Noon KSA account, improve product visibility, increase sales, monitor pricing and inventory, analyze performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s account on Noon Seller Lab and monitor daily performance.
- Upload new products and update existing listings, including titles, descriptions, images, categories, pricing, and stock availability.
- Follow up on daily orders and ensure they are processed accurately and on time.
- Update prices and inventory regularly to avoid selling errors or stock issues.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility, search ranking, and conversion rate.
- Prepare offers, discounts, promotional campaigns, and bundles in coordination with management.
- Monitor competitors’ prices and suggest suitable pricing adjustments.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Follow up on slow-moving products and products with near expiry dates when applicable.
- Monitor returns, cancellations, complaints, and any operational issues affecting account performance.
- Prepare regular reports covering sales, top-performing products, weak-performing products, inventory, and profitability.
- Review marketplace fees and commissions when preparing offers to ensure profitability.
- Maintain account health and ensure compliance with Noon marketplace policies.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Noon or similar marketplace accounts.
- Experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
- Experience in supplements, vitamins, health products, healthy food, or personal care categories is a strong plus.
- Good knowledge of Noon Seller Lab operations.
- Strong understanding of product management, pricing, inventory, orders, offers, and reports.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good command of Excel or Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail in data entry and daily follow-up.
- Ability to manage a large number of SKUs.
- Good coordination skills with inventory, marketing, design, and customer service teams.
- Fast problem-solving skills and ability to follow up on daily updates.
Preferred Knowledge:
- FBN / Direct Ship / Crossdock operations on Noon.
- Seasonal campaigns and promotional offers.
- Buy Box and competitor price monitoring.
- Profitability analysis after marketplace fees and commissions.
- Handling products that require close inventory and expiry-date monitoring.
